We worked with Frank Perez-Andreu and his team for approximately 6 months to locate, and purchase our dream beach home. I have worked with many realtors over the years, and he was by far the best. Frank's communication was amazing, and he kept us informed on each step during the process which was crucial since this was a remote purchase. He was always available to answer questions. Frank handled, video viewing of properties, and had to reschedule 12 personal showings for my wife 3 differnent times due to her travel plans being cancelled to Florida because of an airline computer crash that occured. He set up all of our home inspections, and connected us with our HOA representative. Finally, he handled getting us our keys after closing, and set up a handyman to complete some minor repairs that our insurance company mandated.
